LENS AWARDS 2025 WINNERS REVEALED

This year's winners captivated audiences with emotive and powerful storytelling. Whether through in-depth interviews or compelling documentary-style films, the Lens Awards 2025 spotlighted creativity and passion while demonstrating the transformative power of video in modern corporate communications. Plus: catch up on anything you may have missed with our Lens Awards podcast episode.

Spanning industries such as education, healthcare, technology and finance, the Lens Awards for Corporate Video celebrates those who excel in visual communications, producing work that is as innovative as it is impactful.

The evening's well-deserving winners included Conversation Over Borders and Bladonmore for their documentary on refugee integration, BT and DRPG for an internal campaign on family leave and Anglo American and Gorilla Gorilla! for a platinum sustainability narrative. Social impact was a major focus, with University of Warwick taking home Gold for a sustainability series and CGI UK’s diversity campaign sparking important workplace conversations.

"It is through video that the creativity of some of the strongest corporate campaigns is most apparent," says Rebecca Pardon, editor at Communicate magazine. "It is where familiar faces and voices bring a human touch to corporate strategies, where animation can concoct scenes as entertaining as they are informative, and where well-placed music and imagery have the power to conjure any emotion from an audience almost instantly with ease.

"At the same time, however, video campaigns can become a contentious battle for the fickle attention span of modern audiences, who leisurely flit from one media platform to the next. Against this fascinating and dynamic backdrop, Communicate magazine’s Lens Awards enters into the fray to gain a sense of a fast-evolving industry.

"We pride ourselves on our ability to discover and celebrate the very best in the field, but our awards programme is also an opportunity to gain invaluable insights."

DRPG was named 'Video Production Company of the Year', while Dow and Emperor snapped-up the prestigious 'Video of the Year' award for its AI and sustainability-focused film.

"The quantity and calibre of entries this year was outstanding but not at all surprising; being now in our fifth year of the Lens Awards, we are well aware of the skill and creative expertise humming within this sector," Pardon continues. "But tonight’s celebration could not have taken place without our exceptional panel of judges, who spent tireless hours reviewing this year’s fabulous and competitive work.

"An enormous congratulations to our spectacular winners for their commitment to achieving the best communications through film!"
