INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS AND ENGAGEMENT AWARDS 2025 SHORTLIST REVEALED
The final shortlist for the 2025 Internal Communications and Engagement Awards has been revealed, following careful deliberation by our expert panel of judges.
Now in its seventh year, the Internal Communications and Engagement Awards continues to honour outstanding achievements in internal communications and employee engagement. This year, our panel of expert judges worked tirelessly to narrow down an exceptional array of entries, finally selecting those that demonstrate the highest calibre of work across a diverse range of industries. The competition this year is fiercer than ever, showcasing truly remarkable efforts.
This awards programme highlights the sector's ongoing ability to tackle challenges with creativity and innovation. "The Internal Communications and Engagement Awards has been bringing well-deserved recognition to the work of internal communicators now for seven years," says Rebecca Pardon, editor at Communicate magazine. "Internal communications can often seem to be whiling away subtly behind-the-scenes of an organisation; frequently comprising smaller teams, the communications function hums in the background, becoming most conspicuous at times of uncertainty or crisis.
"And yet, it is corporate communications that weaves the fabric of an organisation together, upholding values and connecting stakeholders across disciplines."
This year, the awards introduces exciting new categories, such as 'Best communication of corporate culture' and 'Best DE&I initiative'.
The winners will be celebrated at a fabulous awards ceremony on 4th June at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. To join us, book your place online or contact Tom Leask at tom.leask@communicatemagazine.co.uk.
