HOT PICKLE LAUNCHES HOT PICKLE INNOVATION LAB
Hot Pickle, an experiential and innovation agency, launched Hot Pickle Innovation Lab, a division dedicated to tackling rising challenges in the food and drink industry.
Recent concerns around ultra-processed foods (UPFs) and new high fat, sugar and salt (HFSS) legislation are creating reputational challenges for the food and drink industry. Hot Pickle Innovation Lab aims to provide new ideas, rapid ideation & prototyping, alongside in-market testing to help brands in the industry.
Two figures in the industry join the agency to assist in leading the division. Louise Forster-Smith as innovation director and Ollie Lloyd as head of innovation.
