The firm has maintained market dominance despite a surge in delistings.

FTI Consulting, a business advisory and public relations firm, has maintained its market leadership despite 150 delistings since November 2023, according to ARL's financial PR client rankings.

The firm has extended its lead to 50 clients over second-placed Teneo, and is now only two clients shy of its November 2023 total, reinforcing its position as the leading financial PR advisor. Brunswick sits at third place with a portfolio of clients valued at £982bn, underscored by its representation of nearly 30% of FTSE 100 companies. 

FTI Consulting leads across ARL’s client rankings by having added the most FTSE 100 clients, adding net three new clients — more than any other financial PR — and having the largest client market-cap of £11bn. 

The ranking shows Headland Consultancy as one of the few other advisers to boost its top-tier clientele, having added Legal & General Group and Ocado Group.
