CORPORATE CONTENT AWARDS EUROPE 2022 WINNERS ANNOUNCED
The winners of the Corporate Content Awards Europe 2022 have been announced, setting the industry-wide benchmark for excellence in corporate communications. The entries have demonstrated an impressive standard of creativity and strong results across owned, earned and bought media.
This is the fifth year for the Corporate Content Awards Europe. The past twelve months have both challenged and inspired companies to deliver meaningful communications with audiences emerging from the pandemic. Digital channels such as podcasting have risen in popularity as companies seek new ways to tell stories and nurture stakeholder relationships.
Judges were continually impressed with the work from AAC Clyde Space and Bladonmore, who demonstrated the importance of good communication in ensuring the market understands the rationale and potential impact behind a company and its products. The excellent use of corporate storytelling, strong central ideas and outstanding results made this entry a clear winner of the Grand Prix award.
The prestigious ‘Best corporate storyteller’ award was presented to Legal & General and Fresh Air Production, for its innovative podcast series engaging with an audience of retired individuals. LNER won gold for ‘Best use of corporate content during Covid-19’ and ‘Best user-generated content (employee),’ while Greater Anglia took home the gold award for ‘Best content campaign to assist with reputation management.’
Andrew Thomas, founder of the awards and publisher of Communicate magazine, says, “With the pandemic raging, companies needed to find different ways to engage their various non-customer stakeholder groups. What we saw from the winners of tonight’s Corporate Content Awards was that those organisations really met this challenge head on. From print to podcasting, CEO’s blogs to branded content sites, this year’s judges had their work cut out with an unrivalled creativity and strategy.”
The winners were announced tonight 20 April at a celebratory dinner and ceremony in Central London. The inclusion of a Retro Photo Booth, courtesy of Showtime Photo Booth, was a welcome addition to the special awards evening amongst attendees. All the photos from the evening, both from our photographer and the photobooth can be found on our facebook page.
