LENS: NORTHHILL

Property investment company, NorthHill, has launched its first video and social media campaign titled ‘The Future is Flexible’ to celebrate the evolving future of workspaces.

The campaign produced and marketed by The 10 Group agency, works to showcase the future of sustainable, design-led and flexible office spaces. Launching the month before many people seek a return to collaborative working, this campaign highlights the opportunity for businesses to find the perfect space for its employees.

Zac Goodman, director at NorthHill, says, “Where and when we work is evolving, but the need to express ourselves and communicate with others has remained a constant. At NorthHill we wanted to demonstrate the scope for creativity that a great workplace can inspire; how thoughtful design, great architecture and a sustainable mindset will remain the foundation of ‘where’ we call work.”

It stars professional dancer, Louisa Fernando, as she adapts to each surrounding and demonstrates the versatility of the different spaces. Moving between balletic, lyrical and contemporary styles, this is a truly creative and organic way to show the space, rather than a simple pan, which could appear staged and inauthentic.

The video begins with a clear statement, ‘the world is changing’. As Fernando moves through each space, simplistic white text appears on screen stating the unique elements the offices have to offer. There is no voice in the video, which allows the intensity of the music to contrast with the simple white text, making the movement and information more impactful.

“With the help of The 10 Group we’ve created a campaign that reminds us of the ‘flow and rhythm’ that a great workplace can bring to our daily lives,” adds Goodman.

The campaign will use organic and paid social activity across Instagram, LinkedIn and stakeholder channels in a shift away from traditional methods of marketing.
