2014 DIGITAL IMPACT AWARDS NOW OPEN FOR ENTRIES

The 2014 Digital Impact Awards is now receiving entries for its prestigious awards event. The Awards, now in its fifth year, consistently attracts those at the very forefront of the digital communications industry.

The Digital Impact Awards is an opportunity to celebrate and recognise the excellent standard of work taking place in digital stakeholder engagement. Categories range from internal communications to annual reports and social media. This year there are 35 categories over nine sectors available for submissions. The awards is open to both in-house and agency teams.

Publishing and events manager of Communicate magazine, Liz Foggitt says, “I’m thrilled to be launching the Digital Impact Awards for its fifth year. The programme attracts the most innovative and forward thinking digital communications projects which are always inspiring. It’s fantastic to see so many companies, both big and small, doing such brilliant work. I’m excited to see the work that’s been done over the past 18 months being entered into this year’s programme and no doubt raising the bar for digital communications yet again.”

Digital communications has snowballed year on year and it is impossible to overestimate how essential digital is for business in 2014. At last year’s Awards, ‘Digital Agency of the Year Award’ went to AMVBBDO and ‘Digital Campaign of the Year’ went to Nike and AKQA for the incredibly successful, ‘Nike Academy’ campaign.

The Awards’ shortlists and winners are chosen by digital communications practitioners and industry experts, who are at the top of their respective fields. The early bird entry deadline is 14 May, entries must be submitted before 18 June 2014.
