The IVCA Champion Award, the best in show category, was distributed by Peter Andre and was given to Rioch Edwards-Brow, the founder of ‘So You Wanna Be in TV?’, a scheme designed to increase diversity in entry-level positions in media.

The ceremony featured three guest speakers who discussed CSR and sustainability. Aaron Matthews of BAFTA, David Stubbs, the head of sustainability at London 2012 and Sam Wilson, director of EcoEvents presented their work.

Other winners included Sainsbury’s for their work with Channel 4, British Gas’ Sustainability Cafe and Macmillan Cancer Support. The Clarion Awards have helped to promote the importance of CSR and its importance to business growth.
