CITYSAVVY ADDS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Financial and corporate agency CitySavvy has appointed 41-year old Richard Neve to its board. The move is being seen as an attempt to bolster the company’s European credentials – Neve was previously CEO of the Dutch office of Trimedia, a 15-strong Dutch subsidiary of global PR company Huntsworth.
“Richard’s appointment is a very significant development for our pan-European expansion. He has a very successful track record in building PR businesses,” said CitySavvy boss Jana Sanchez.
Neve began his career as a financial journalist. In 1995 he joined NBC Super Channel/ CNBC as PR Manager responsible for its operations in Scandinavia, the Benelux countries and France. In 2001 he was elected as Secretary General of the Media Club International, a network for communication professionals based in Amsterdam.
