Market research company Echo Group has appointed Sally Osman LVO as non-executive chair to further enhance its client offerings and advisory services.

Osman joins Echo Group following a career in senior communications roles at Buckingham Palace and organisations such as the BBC, Sony and Sky. 

Osman succeeds Neil Sherlock CBE, who is stepping down after six years.
