Lucy Small, Sarah Miscampbell and Caelan Crerar are welcomed to the London-based transition consultancy.

Small, from Given where she was head of client services, joins Sillion as head of communications. Her career in the field spans over a decade and her expertise in communications, she says, will play a “vital role” in the change that needs to occur in the firm.

Miscampbell, from the global sustainability team at Brunswick Group, becomes consultant at Sillion. Crerar, also a new consultant, joins from Stand where she developed strategies for fintech companies. These hires are announced after Sillion published their 2024 State of Sustainability Communications report which expressed the need for a team strong with sustainability literacy.
