Ed Lee, now executive client partnership director, appointed to lead a client-first approach.

The company that exclusively designs and builds in-house agencies and ecosystems for brands hires Lee to elevate client services in the UK. He has held director positions at major agencies such as Ogilvy, Saatchi&Saatchi and MullenLowe and is experienced in CX and CRM.

Amina Folarin, OLIVER UK CEO,  hopes to subvert the existing tendency to chase new business and be complacent with existing clients by becoming more strategic with deliverables. Folarin asserts that Lee’s appointment, especially during a challenging period for the economic environment, is paramount to clients becoming priorities.
