Employee engagement consultancy hires Rowan Manning to lead company into new phase of growth.

A qualified psychologist and experienced in global advertising, Manning is expected to bring a human-centric leadership style to this role. She replaces Jeremy Petty, now COO, who is moving towards a client focused career.
