Luminous hires David Carter as senior digital strategist.

David Carter has joined Luminous design agency as senior digital strategist.

Carter has previously worked as a digital consultant at Shell, where his responsibilities included the Shell annual report and sustainability report in 2019. He has also previously run his own business, with clients including Emperor, Vivaldi and Red Hat.

Carter says: “I am thrilled to join Luminous and look forward to leveraging my experience and passion for digital innovation to contribute to the team’s success and enhance our clients’ digital strategies.”

Carter joins the digital team at Luminous, currently led by James Croxford.

Croxford says: “At Luminous, our digital business is growing quickly, and David’s appointment is part of our investment in new talent, services and platforms.

“He brings a wealth of experience in digital comms, both agency and client-side, and I am delighted that he’s joined the team.”
