THE STORYTELLERS APPOINTS MARCUS ILES AS CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER
Storytelling and business transformation specialist, The Storytellers appoints Marcus Iles to their executive team under the newly created role of chief creative officer.
Iles, a highly respected and award winning creative director, joins The Storytellers at a time of significant investment and global expansion. His appointment follows the recruitment of 18 new team members and consultants over the last six months at the firm, which is on an ambitious growth trajectory.
Marcus’s illustrious creative career spans multiple disciplines, leading multi-platform external and internal communications campaigns for clients across all industry sectors, including Coca-Cola, Dacia, EE, Harrods, Morrisons, Nissan, Renault UK, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Royal Mail, Save the Children and Unseen.
His award-winning work includes the Worlds Apart campaign for Heineken UK in 2017, noted as the brand’s most successful single campaign ever, and has won awards at Cannes, Caples, Campaign Big, Creative Circle, DMAs, Echos and a YouTube Effectiveness Award.
Marcus’s passion and expertise lies in combining business strategy, communication and creativity to deliver solutions that resonate and deliver. Marrying his industry knowledge and strategic commercial and creative vision will further enhance The Storytellers’ unique offering – to bring meaning and purpose, and to inspire business transformation through highly creative strategies.

Marcus will be responsible for leading and overseeing all creative strategy, design and production across the company’s portfolio of business transformation consultancy, executive facilitation and alignment, leadership capability-building and employee engagement solutions.
His previous roles have included most recently, board position of Global ECD at Indicia Worldwide and creative director and creative board member for Publicis UK.
