BLADONMORE APPOINTS LIZ SILVESTER AS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Bladonmore bolsters senior management team under CEO Richard Carpenter with the appointment of development director, formerly of Superbrands and Publicis Group.
Leading communications agency, Bladonmore, has named Liz Silvester as development director. This announcement follows the recent appointment of Richard Carpenter as the CEO and the opening of a New York office; tying into an extensive period of growth and significant talent investment.
In the newly created role, Silvester reports into Carpenter and will focus on the strategic development of the wider business functions, both existing and new; driving growth that aligns with the company's UK and global ambitions.
Previously Silvester was head of business development for Superbrands UK for over eleven years. Prior to Superbrands, she was group account director at Publicis Groupe, working across accounts such as Nestle, Ocado and Intel.
Silvester says, “This is a brilliant opportunity at a really exciting time in Bladonmore’s evolution. This being a new role gives me the chance to help shape the way we do business in future. My first task will be to look at the existing structure and process of our strategic advisory and executive coaching offering, so that we can develop the team, the faculty and further strengthen the service to clients.”
Carpenter says, “We’re incredibly proud of the work we deliver, and we want to be recognised as one of the best at bridging the gap between high-level strategic thinking and exemplary creative delivery. Liz’s role will feed into that mission. It’s an exciting appointment for us and I’m sure it will continue to propel us in the right direction.”
The London-headquartered agency, also has offices in LA, New York and Dubai. Bladonmore works with premium, large-cap clients in the UK, Europe, the Gulf and the US, building strategies that help brands to communicate with confidence.
