CREATIVE AGENCY BRAVE BOLSTERS SENIOR CREATIVE TEAM WITH TWO SENIOR HIRES
Brave hired Paul Pearson and Rachael Kendrick from Karmarama and Ogilvy, respectively. Joining during a period of growth following a raft of new account gains, Pearson and Kendrick provide a boost to the creative team of the Lagardère-owned creative agency under the direction of creative director Caroline Paris.
Pearson joins as creative director from Karmarama where he rose through the ranks during his six-year stint at the Accenture Interactive-owned agency. In over a decade in adland, Pearson has developed industry-beating creative for brands like Confused.com, British Airways, Halfords, O2 and Honda.
Bolstering Pearson’s appointment is Australian Kendrick, named creative copywriter, who joined from Ogilvy in December. From her time at Wieden + Kennedy, AKQA, Ogilvy and Huge, Kendrick brings a wealth of experience from working with leading global brands such as Google, Netflix, Pringles and American Express.
Paris will lead the team and be charged with developing further the creative product for the agency which has worked with the likes of Amazon, P&G, Olay and LoveHoney.
Pearson says, “After six great years at Karmarama, it was time for a new challenge, and I couldn’t be happier with the opportunity I’ve been given at Brave. It’s a vibrant, energetic and progressive agency that believes in courageous creative. I love the ambition and can’t wait to get started.”
