SPRING STUDIOS WINS 25 NEW CLIENTS AND APPOINTS NICOLE CRAMER AS GLOBAL CHIEF OF STAFF

Spring Studios, which delivers communications and platforms for global brands in the aspirational marketing and lifestyle sectors, has begun the year with 25 client wins around the world across its agency and production offerings, while breaking into five new categories.

Now, to consolidate this growth, Spring Studios has appointed Nicole Cramer as global chief of staff working across its offices in London, New York, Milan and Los Angeles to help make the agency – which combines expertise in advertising, design, events, digital, studio management, production and experiential marketing – more efficient, more productive and more collaborative.

In her new role, Cramer will report into Spring Studios’ global president & chief creative officer Tom Punch, working closely with him, the leadership team and staff worldwide.

Punch says, “We‘ve had an incredible start to the year with 25 new clients wins in as many weeks.  We’re now laser focused on laying the foundations to ensure we deliver the best possible work for all of our existing and new clients. Nicole’s track record speaks for itself, I am confident she will bring out the very best from our talented pool of creators.“

Cramer has worked across a broad array of disciplines – from operations and project management to training, leadership development, administration and executive coaching - and has built award-winning strategies, written case study scripts, produced week-long leadership summits and stage-managed for the theatre, among other varied and eclectic tasks.

Cramer joins Spring Studios after a two-year hiatus from the advertising industry during which time she has been running two of her own companies: brand consultancy NicNic Productions and My Grandma Baked A Cookie, a small-batch baking company inspired by her grandmother, in 2013. She started her first company at the age of 18.

She has spent over 15 years in global operations roles in communications companies, including JWT, DDB Worldwide and most recently was senior vice president and global chief of staff at McCann Worldgroup. She also has 20 years of consulting experience.
