POLLITT & PARTNERS ANNOUNCES TWO NEW APPOINTMENTS TO LEADERSHIP TEAM

Brand agency Pollitt & Partners has made two new senior hires: creative director Mark Ellerington and client services director Gareth Parkinson. Both will sit on the senior leadership team.

Parkinson joins the agency from Don’t Panic Partners where he worked with brands such as Amazon, British Land, Melia Hotels and Youtube. Prior to this he was the client director at Futurebrand, running its RBS account.

At Pollitt & Partners, Parkinson will head up the client services team, which has a client list including Truprint, Mölnlycke, BT and World Animal Protection.

Parkinson says, “Pollitt & Partners stood out to me immediately thanks to their strong client relationships, exciting projects and, most importantly, great team energy. The agency is ever-evolving and has masses of potential; I’m excited to see what we will achieve with our clients.”

Ellerington has over 20 years of experience in the creative industry, most recently at Omobono, where he was executive creative director. He’s worked on award-winning projects across a wide variety of different sectors and his impressive brand portfolio includes the likes of Facebook, Google, Accenture, JLL, GoPro, Nike, NSPCC and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.

Ellerington says, “I choose Pollitt & Partners as I believe strongly in the power of the collective thinking and doing. As the UK’s first 100% employee-owned design agency each partner is eager to go that extra mile, to push themselves and each other to deliver incredible work every time. It’s a powerful word, ‘ownership.’”
