David Nichols has been appointed chief operating officer of international business communications consultancy Instinctif Partners.

Nichols has joined Instinctif Partners as the chief operating officer and executive member of the board. Much of his 20 plus years of experience has been gained in operations and change within FTSE 100- and 250-listed financial services organisations. His areas of specialism include operational improvement, ERP and systems implementation, post-acquisition integration, organisation restructuring and design and working capital improvement.

Nichols joins most recently from AON where he was responsible for overseeing the change portfolio for the UK health & benefits business as well as shaping some of the larger change programmes for the business across EMEA and globally.
