Richard Nichols, deputy chairman at Instinctif Partners, has been appointed to the board of management of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA).

Nichols was recently handed the role of deputy chairman at Instinctif Partners, the international business communications consultancy, having been CEO for twelve years between 2006 and 2018.

Instinctif Partners was the Corporate and Financial Award's 'Best IR or PR consultancy' award winner in 2016.

Prior to joining Instinctif Partners, Nichols was CEO of Huntsworth plc, having been the architect of the 2005 merger with Incepta Group plc, the culmination of nine years of development.

Nichols says, “I am naturally delighted to be joining the board of management and to be working alongside industry peers as the PRCA celebrates its 50th anniversary, and to be playing a role as part of the PRCA championing best practice as our industry continues to grow and evolve.”
