CITRIX HIRES NEW HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS FOR NORTHERN EUROPE
Citrix has appointed Rebecca Taylor-Cottle as senior communications manager for northern Europe. Based in the UK, Taylor-Cottle will join the corporate communications team, reporting to Slavica Simunovic, director of international communications. She joins Citrix from CA Technologies.
Rebecca will be responsible for Citrix’s external and internal communications, social media and analyst relations, across the UK, the Nordics, and South Africa. She succeeds Simon Burberry, who has been promoted into a corporate role.
Rebecca worked at CA Technologies from 2015, first as head of communications for the UK & Ireland, and later for northern Europe. She led social media for EMEA, and was heavily involved in running CA’s diversity and inclusion programme in the UK. She also led a corporate social responsibility programme in the UK designed to introduce young people to STEM careers, which reached 23,000 students in three years.
Prior to this, Rebecca spent more than 10 years agency-side, including roles at Octopus Group, Cirkle, and Enigma Marketing. She has a degree in public relations from Bournemouth University.
