BATTERSEA POWER STATION APPOINTS CARLIN FIER AS HEAD OF BRAND

Battersea Power Station Development Company (BPSDC) has announced that Carlin Fier was appointed as head of brand and will be joining the Battersea Power Station project in July 2019.

Fier will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the brand proposition including marketing, events and placemaking. This is a newly created role aimed at strengthening the Battersea Power Station brand in the UK and globally, helping to put this new destination for London firmly on the world map.

Fier joins Battersea Power Station following nearly eight years at Brookfield Properties, where she is currently vice president of marketing and communications overseeing the UK, Europe and the Middle East. During her tenure, she has delivered a wide range of successful marketing and sales campaigns for prominent developments, as well as activating public spaces within the portfolio. Fier has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry with a detailed focus on branding, communications and placemaking, as well as holding roles in in research and operations.

As head of brand, Fier will work closely with the existing marketing team as well as the live and brand experiences director and the director of placemaking, developing successful campaigns and forming creative collaborations to complement and enhance the existing marketing, cultural and events programme.
