MCCANN BIRMINGHAM APPOINTS NEW MANAGING DIRECTORS

McCann Birmingham has boosted its senior management team with the appointment of Dani Briers, and promotion of Rob Mustoe, as managing directors.

Briers joins the UK’s largest integrated full service agency after previous roles which included 11 years with creative agency TBWA Manchester and five years as managing director of media specialist, PHD North. He has also worked in-house as head of marketing for Jessops and as a brand consultant for drinks business, AG Barr.

He brings wide ranging experience across many disciplines encompassing creative, media and client side responsibilities. He says, “I am delighted to have joined McCann Birmingham. The agency continues to go from strength-to-strength on the back of an unrivalled integrated offering that has strong appeal for a wide range of clients.

Mustoe has also been promoted to the role of managing director to work alongside Briers. With previous experience as a board member, both at webby award-winning digital agency Evolving and DMA Grand Prix winner Indicia, since joining McCann, Mustoe has been instrumental in winning and running a number of prestige clients.

Briers and Mustoe join McCann Birmingham’s board and will be responsible for all aspects of the advertising agency, including creative and design, planning and client services.
