FLEISHMANHILLARD FISHBURN APPOINTS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

FleishmanHillard Fishburn (FHF) is strengthening its global new business development and marketing function with the appointment of Lyndsay Haywood as the London office’s director of business development. Effective immediately, Haywood is responsible for supporting all Practice areas with their new business opportunities. Previously, she was a director and partner at Lansons Communications.

Haywood says, “I’m truly excited to be taking on this role at FleishmanHillard Fishburn. It’s an agency known for having a brilliant culture, doing great work for great clients and having amazingly talented staff. That’s an exciting formula for any client or prospective client.”

Lyndsay has been in public relations for nearly 20 years. Until recently she was a director and partner at Lansons for 17 years directing corporate, crisis and B2B accounts. She was  latterly the agency’s first Head of New Business where she was responsible for both lead generation and all incoming new business enquiries. She started her public relations career at Weber Shandwick and previous to that was a journalist for the BBC.

Lyndsay’s appointment follows a host of several senior hires for the agency throughout the past several months including senior advisor Nick DeLuca, head of fintech Claudia Bate and head of public affairs Tim Snowball. FHF continues to strengthen achieving double digit growth in 2017, proudly contributing to achieving ICCO’s EMEA Network of the year as well as Sophie Scott being promoted to global head of tech, the first global lead based in the London office.
