
THE WHITEHOUSE CONSULTANCY APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR
Issues-led communications specialist, the Whitehouse Consultancy, has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Samantha Gibson, previously of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, as director.
Gibson joins the Whitehouse team, having served as the Royal College’s director of PR and Media, and will support managing director, Helen Munro.
Gibson’s communications roles span pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly, the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Office and one of the largest NHS trusts. With extensive experience in the third sector, Sam previously worked with former Whitehouse clients Ovarian Cancer Action as the charity’s head of communications and public affairs.
Whitehouse has also added to its policy specialist ranks with the appointment of Finn O’Dwyer-Cunliffe as consultant, and Chenoa Geerts as associate consultant. O’Dwyer-Cunliffe joins the Whitehouse from the policy team at the British Medical Association and will support the agency’s health team. Geerts previously worked in the Dutch Permanent Representation in Brussels and has joined Whitehouse’s EU team.
