LANSONS HIRES BOARD DIRECTOR FOR DIGITAL
Lansons has announced the appointment of a new board director, Claire Southeard.
Southeard will help the agency speed up the development, transformation and integration of our digital, content and social media offer. She has spent the last six years building a multi-channel offer ('Engage') within Bell Pottinger where she was co-founder and managing director of the digital content practice before becoming head of content for Engage. Earlier in her career she was managing director of TNR Communications, a specialist content agency owned by the Press Association.
All of Lansons' digital, social media, content and design employees will report to Southeard and she will begin her work by reviewing the agency's offer and presentation to clients. At the end of this process, Southeard may or may not assume a specific job title.
Tony Langham, chief executive of Lansons, says, "We see this investment and Claire joining as fundamental to our future success and are very excited by today’s news. We highlighted this at our strategy presentation and we’re delighted to have been able to act so quickly."
