BRAND SPECIALISTS LAUNCH NEW ENTERTAINMENT BRAND PARTNERSHIPS AGENCY

Former Independent Talent Brands and Grey London executives combine to provide offering to brands, agencies and entertainment properties

Former Bellwood Media founder and ITB executive, Emily Woods, and Grey London head of content production, Jessica Ringshall, have joined forces to deliver an entertainment brand partnerships agency, eleven.

Backed by global film and entertainment communications agency, the DDA Group, eleven will specialise in helping brands and agencies better understand, access and navigate the world of entertainment, by combining DDA’s industry insights and relationships, with the pair’s 25 years of combined brand partnership and advertising experience.

Woods says, “Consumers are the masters of their own content consumption. Pre-bought media only gets brands so far and can be skipped. As a result, brands are becoming more aware of their need to be part of this consumer choice revolution and are looking to entertainment to provide exciting and engaging ways to cut through. This is where eleven comes in and is the fundamental reason why we’ve formed the agency.”

The agency’s client portfolio already includes an impressive mix of brands, creative agencies, studios and production companies.

Ringshall adds, “Never before has the need to access the entertainment world been so relevant. Advancing technologies, a shift in the control of what people watch, when, how and through which medium, means brands and their agencies are having to find new ways to engage with their audience. It’s clear the brands that find a way to become part of what their audience chooses to watch are going to be the ones that win.”

eleven will be based at the DDA Group’s London offices.
