LEEDS BUILDING SOCIETY APPOINTS NEW HEAD OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Leeds Building Society has appointed Yvonne Banks as head of customer experience.

This appointment demonstrates the mutual’s commitment to putting the customer at the heart of everything it does.

Yvonne’s role entails bringing colleagues across the business together to create joint goals towards enhancing the experience for the Society’s customers.

Yvonne says, “I have ten years’ experience in customer experience management, and am extremely passionate about customers - listening to what they are telling us, understanding the drivers behind it and sharing that across the business,”

“I am responsible for developing and driving the customer experience strategy across the Society’s distribution channels, and this is a great opportunity to make the Society an even more customer centric place.”
