IPROSPECT UK BOLSTERS SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Award-winning digital agency, iProspect UK – part of the Dentsu Aegis Network – has made three new appointments to its senior leadership team and board.
Kerry Hipkiss takes on the role of VP of business strategy, Jack Swayne joins as chief strategy and analytics officer and Hannah Fisher is appointed executive director.
Hipkiss will head up the agency’s business transformation and the development of its operational culture, bringing with her a wealth of experience implementing change in complex and rapidly evolving environments. She joins from her role as the MailOnline’s chief of staff, where she oversaw the strategies for creative innovation, commercial growth, insight and marketing. Prior to this, she was head of digital project management, planning & creative; she was instrumental in driving workplace transformation, launching new commercial offerings and departments to support the media owner’s global ambitions.
In her new role, Fisher will develop iProspect’s client proposition and market strategy and be responsible for running the agency’s UK portfolio, ensuring the team delivers outstanding performance for clients. Fisher joins iProspect from More Th>n Insurance, where she was brand & marketing director responsible for the transformation of the More Th>n brand and marketing strategy, as well as all aspects of brand advertising, marketing performance and customer communications.
While brand-side, Fisher pushed the boundaries of innovation driving the data-driven digital marketing agenda with exceptional results. Prior to this, she held brand-side marketing and customer-focused roles at BSkyB and Direct Line as head of e-experience and marketing manager respectively. Fisher was voted one of Marketing's ‘Top 10 Most Innovative Women in Digital Marketing’ and was shortlisted for BIA ‘Marketing Campaign of the Year’ and ‘Social Media Influencer of the Year’ in 2015.
Joining the team from iProspect’s office in New York, Swayne has worked within the Dentsu Aegis Network for over ten years, both at iProspect and Vizeum. He worked across a number of big brand clients including Pernod Ricard, Hilton, Diageo, Under Armour, and Kellogg’s. In his new position Swayne will be responsible for overseeing collaboration between the agency’s data and strategy teams, and cultivating unique data-driven brand, consumer, and cultural insight for clients. He will also manage strategic planning across iProspect’s specialist divisions, ensuring the agency maximises on its range of services for clients.
