Drp has seen a significant development to the drpevents team. This month welcomes the arrival of four new recruits: Josh Berlen, live event show technician, and Laura Ciancimino, Emma Burgess and Sarah Robinson as event co-ordinators.

Berlen will be working on an array of live events at drp. With a background in tech, specifically in LX, lighting, video, and rigging, Berlen is well equipped for his new role.

Burgess has recently moved from a position as a recruitment consultant and has a real mix of event experience. She has worked on exhibitions, as well as organising and delivering entertainment programmes abroad.

Prior to moving to drp, Robinson held a position in project management at D-Zine Furniture Hire. She has also worked with Top Banana and the NEC Group, supporting onsite events and exhibitions.

Ciancimino has previous experience in private events across the UK and has just completed her studies in events management.

Dale Parmenter, group CEO, says, “There has been a significant expansion at drp in all divisions of the company during the past two years, and this growth will continue into 2017. We now have even more room to grow with our new office expansion recently finished. It will always be essential to us to employ people who have the ‘anything is possible’ mind-set inherent in their work ethos, which drp upholds.”

The drp team consists of a total of 180, with further plans to expand the team throughout 2016.
