Weber Shandwick MENA has appointed Daniel Valentine as a group director, based in Abu Dhabi in the UAE.

Valentine is Head of the Financial and Commercial Practice, which includes a growing IR practice. Daniel relocated to the UAE from the UK to take up the role.

Previously, Daniel worked for the Oxford Union, Citibank, UBS, MyTravel plc and Thomas Cook plc in both crisis communications and business-as-usual roles.
