Former director of PR at Grosvenor House joins Trainline as head of UK PR following the launch of I Am Train campaign
Today, Trainline announced the recruitment of Lorna O’Neill as head of UK PR as the company puts a renewed focus on its external communications.
Trainline’s mission is to help people travel smarter by making it quick to book and easy to save money on advance train tickets, reducing hassle with real-time platform information and train times. Lorna will support the new ‘I am Train’ campaign and will be responsible for the development and execution of consumer and corporate PR activity

Lorna has built a strong career in public relations over the last 10 years, both in-house at Grosvenor House and Hilton Sydney, as well as within agencies including Manchester’s Brazen PR. Lorna has managed award-winning campaigns for brands including Hasbro and Gumtree Australia.
