As part of an aggressive growth plan which builds on a phenomenal fifteen year organic growth record, the Quintessentially Group is proud to announce the appointment of Jeremy Rickman as chief operating officer.

The world’s leading international luxury lifestyle business has created the role specifically for Rickman to develop the global reach and exceptional customer service the company is known for. He will also lead the execution of the business strategy, positioning the group as the leading global source of insight and intelligence on high net worth lifestyles.

Speaking of his appointment, Rickman says, “The Quintessentially Group is globally renowned for its expertise in the luxury sector. The group offers unique services for a high net worth audience around the world. Now entering its 15th year, and having experienced significant growth, the time is right to reassess the core structure and the global footprint, taking the company to the next level of growth. With a presence in 65 countries around the world, Jeremy will lead a focus on core markets and the unique insights garnered in high net worth habits and preferences. This data driven insight will be led and leveraged by Quintessentially and Co, the newly formed marketing consultancy within the group.

Aaron Simpson, chairman and group CEO, commented on his appointment, “It says a lot for our business, that someone of Jeremy’s calibre sees us as an exciting place to be and we are delighted to have the benefit of his experience and wisdom. Our business has changed out of all recognition in the last 15 years as we have become the true global go-to group that both understands and is uniquely connected to the growing premium consumer. We look forward to Jeremy helping us achieve our next level of growth, leveraging the value of our global data and insight.”

Rickman joins after 17 years at Russell Reynolds Associates, the leading global executive search firm where he specialised in advising public and private clients in the global CFO and board markets. During his tenure he also held a number of significant leadership roles including building, developing and leading their global corporate officers sector, running their Chicago office, leading global training and development and serving on their executive committee.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates as European CFO, Jeremy was a successful finance professional. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse and went on to work in a FTSE250 conglomerate before joining a Mars, Inc division as their European CFO.

The reorganisation will also see current co-founder and group chairman, Aaron Simpson become group CEO, continuing to lead the company from the London head office. Co-founders, Ben Elliot and Paul Drummond, remain in their current roles.
