A TRIO OF HIRES FOR JAM
JAM is excited to announce three new additions to the team, across both its PR and creative divisions, following a strong year for the integrated agency.
Lauren Digby joins JAM’s creative division, JAMcreative, as middleweight designer. Joining from DeVere Hotels where she worked within the marketing team as brand designer for three years, Lauren brings a wealth of experience to the team and will be responsible for responding to briefs with creative solutions, mentoring junior members, client liaison and supporting the creative director.
Alex Cupial-Jones joins JAMcreative as junior designer following a six month work experience placement within JAM’s creative division. Prior to JAM, Alex gained experience in a design agency in India, and had work featured at D&AD’s New Blood exhibition in London. She has worked on a variety of areas of design including brand development, print collateral, visual merchandising projects and web design. Alex will bring her varied experience to a wealth of exciting projects at JAM and will be responsible for initialising creative ideas, liaising with clients and assisting the team with projects.
Rebecca Ore joins JAM’s PR team as account researcher, after impressing the team during work experience earlier in the year. Rebecca began her placement at JAM in February, while studying for her MA in Journalism. She has gained experience writing for magazines and newsrooms during her four years at university and has developed her skills in PR alongside the JAMpr team.
David Gee, MD and creative director of JAM, says, “Now an integrated agency, JAM has grown from strength-to-strength by investing in its talent. Lauren, Alex and Rebecca join JAM at a really exciting time so I am extremely pleased to welcome them all to the team. All have great experience and a huge amount of creativity and passion, which will continue to drive the agency forward. It’s a brilliant time to be a part of JAM – opportunities are opening up as the agency grows and we continue adding to our portfolio of work – so watch this space.”
The growth of the integrated agency follows a successful year for both divisions, including several award wins and new client acquisitions. Earlier this year, JAMcreative was honoured with an award for Print Design at The Drum Design Awards 2015, for its exceptional work for the Abel Heywood, Manchester - a pub recently launched by Hydes Brewery.
