ICCO AND UNDP RENEW PARTNERSHIP, 'WEATHER KIDS' CAMPAIGN WINS FURTHER RECOGNITION

The International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) has renewed its partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for two more years.

The collaboration, launched in late 2023, focuses on tackling the climate crisis through strategic communications.

The 'Weather Kids' campaign, featuring children delivering climate warnings during live TV forecasts, has earned multiple awards, including the recent SABRE EMEA Award. Other recognitions include ICCO Global Awards, MEPRA Awards and the Anthem Awards.

ICCO and UNDP plan to continue their work with new initiatives, including 'NextGen PR World Cup', designed to challenge young professionals to develop climate-focused communications strategies.
