Equiniti (EQ) has acquired Notified, combining EQ's shareholder services with Notified's PR and investor relations solutions.

The acquisition aims to strengthen EQ's global offering, supporting 12,000 clients across 90 countries with enhanced media, analytics and regulatory services.

EQ CEO Dan Kramer said the deal provides clients with a comprehensive solution to boost shareholder engagement and business value. The acquisition is hoped to further support EQ's global expansion and technology innovation.
