SPARK COMMUNICATIONS WINS UK PR BRIEF WITH SWEDISH AI COMPANY PELTARION

Peltarion, provider of the world’s first operational artificial intelligence platform, has appointed B2B technology PR and content agency, Spark Communications to manage its UK PR. The brief will see Spark define PR strategy for the company, build integrated campaigns and execute UK media relations and global analyst relations.

The core objectives of positioning Peltarion as a thought leader, building its profile and establishing it as the leader in a new category called ‘operational AI,’ will be underpinned by integrated creative content campaigns, that will be executed across all channels.

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, with a new office in London, Peltarion was founded by co-founders Måns Erlandsson and Luka Crnkovic-Friis with the aim to change the world and empower people to make a difference by helping to solve the world’s problems faster. Peltarion’s operational AI platform, which specialises in deep learning and neural networks, will make AI more accessible to everyone, enabling the next wave of digital transformation and allowing organisations to take an AI-first approach.

“I had worked with Spark before at Couchbase where its work was pivotal to us establishing a new category, so, when we wanted to do something similar at Peltarion, Spark was the obvious choice,” says Luke Whitehead, Peltarion’s chief marketing officer. “The team’s strengths in creative content and storytelling are really what sets them apart from competitors. In the first month of working with them they have already secured coverage in Bloomberg, City A.M. and Fortune to name a few. We are all looking forward to working with the team.”

Ana Williams, director and co-owner of Spark Communications, adds, “The potential of AI has been extensively discussed in the press, but for AI to reach its potential, it needs to be available and usable for everyone. Peltarion has created a platform to enable this and for AI to be operational. We are excited to be working with Peltarion to help drive awareness and understanding of operational AI, as well as driving communications programmes that highlight the potential for AI to solve some of the world’s most pressing problems.”
