SAMPHIRE COMMUNICATIONS APPOINTED BY BROWN'S HOTEL, MAYFAIR
Boutique PR and marketing agency, Samphire Communications, has been appointed to look after the PR for the food and beverage offering at Brown’s Hotel in Mayfair.
London’s first hotel, Brown’s first opened on Albemarle Street in 1837 and has since gone on to host esteemed guests from royals and presidents to world-famous authors. Guests at Brown’s can enjoy award-winning cuisine, relax with a fine wine or cocktail in the Donovan Bar, and unwind in its spa – all in a setting brimming with London’s illustrious history. The team will be led by Samphire co-founders Zoe Wilmer and Amy Williams.
“Brown’s has an exciting and innovative food and beverage offering which includes a destination bar, restaurant and world-renowned English Afternoon Tea Room. Every successful operation is only as good as its service and representation in the media, and in today’s world of social media it was with this future-looking gaze we appointed Samphire PR for the results they have achieved and the reputation they attract in a hugely competitive market place,” says Stuart Johnson, managing director at Brown’s Hotel.
Zoe Wilmer and Amy Williams set up Samphire in May 2010 having previously been a part of a large restaurant PR shop. Samphire covers all aspects of restaurant PR and marketing: from launching new restaurants and boosting more established ones, to raising the profile of specific individuals such as chefs, hoteliers and business owners.
