REBRAND AND CLIENT WINS AT BRILLIANT AGENCY
Brilliant Agency turned eight years old and introduced a rebrand and repositioning in the same week. It also recently announced that it has won a contract with pickled cucumber brand Mrs Elswood.
Having developed its service offering through years of experience, Brilliant decided to rebrand and reposition to ensure its external communications better reflects its evolved proposition.
Founded by the agency’s creative director, Laurra Davis, Brilliant has grown from a social media agency to a full service marketing agency in the space of eight years. It has increased its service offering to include communication strategies, brand development, graphic design, influencer activation, experiential and small and large format print – along with its core digital marketing offering.
Davis says, “To know we have surpassed the vision I initially had for the business in terms of the number of brands we’ve been able to add value to, and the revenue we’ve driven both for our clients and Brilliant is exceptionally motivating. To see how far we’ve come, and to know there’s so much more to achieve keeps me inspired to continue to make it brilliant.”
Brilliant also announced a new client win. It will be managing the social media presence for the pickle brand, which sells four jars every minute and are stocked in Waitrose, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Ocado.
Launching onto social media is a relatively new approach for the heritage brand, which has been on the market for over 70 years. Following a detailed consumer research project, Brilliant were able to reposition Mrs Elswood and has rolled out a successful social strategy increasing the brands following already by 1,000%.
Brilliant will support it with brand communications, content and advertising to drive awareness and sales in store, leveraging both the health benefits and the versatility of the product to make some noise and disrupt the market.
