MHP WINS ANOTHER LEADING FINTECH COMPANY

MHP has been appointed by leading technology company Youtility to support its strategic communications, strengthening its roster of fintech clients.

The free app, which helps people to track, switch and save money on their home finances, has appointed MHP to build its profile in the consumer finance and technology media.

The technology platform was founded by Will Kostoris and Charlie Quigley in 2016 after the two became frustrated with suppliers charging their existing customers more and more each year, leaving the best deals for new customers.

Through Open Banking technology, Youtility securely connects with a person’s bank to identify their home finance providers. They will then flag any high bills, big future payments and contract end dates, as well as make it simple for users to compare and switch providers.

The appointment comes only weeks after MHP won a brief from Revolut, one of the UK’s biggest technology success stories. MHP is undertaking undertake a programme of proactive campaigns and media strategy to support Revolut in its next phase of international growth. This includes launching in North America and Asia as part of a long-term programme of international expansion.

Both wins reflect the transformation of MHP’s financial services team under the leadership of Mike Robb, MHP’s head of financial service, who has built new fintech and consumer finance capabilities, winning brands like Nationwide, ING, Youtility, Conferma and impact investment platform tickr in recent months.
