CHECKATRADE AND SPARKLOOP FORM NEW CREATIVE PARTNERSHIP

Checkatrade has formed a new creative partnership with design and communications agency Sparkloop to enhance communication with both existing and potential members.

Initial works have included the creation of the business’ first ever brand guidelines and a member’s handbook, which explains the benefits of the directory membership, together with key insights into how to optimise member profiles, gather quality customer feedback and how to help shape the future of the company by joining the member’s board.

Positioned as the ‘bible’ for both existing and future Checkatrade members, the handbook is the first part of a brand refresh and communications programme for the online directory, where Sparkloop is now in the process of revamping membership comms across all touchpoints of the membership life cycle.

The leading trades directory reached out to Sparkloop after being impressed by the agency’s notable brand positioning work with a host of corporates, startups and charities, including Red Bull, Autoglass and the Prince’s Trust.
