ACQUISITION HELPS MEDIA AND EMPLOYER BRANDING AGENCY BECOME GLOBAL PLAYER
An employer branding and marketing agency based in Gloucestershire, working with global clients including Sky, Barnardos and HSBC, has announced the buy-out of multimillion pound media buying business LogicMelon Media Ltd for an undisclosed sum, which will lead to further expansion and job creation locally.
WeLove9am had previously co-owned the ad-buying subsidiary with Logic Enterprises Ltd based in Cambridge. But with employees based for some time in Gloucestershire, and clients increasingly calling on media buying as part of their overall recruitment projects, it made perfect business sense for WeLove9am to integrate the media company into its full-service agency operation.

As part of the expansion, two new directors have been appointed from among the senior team. Lead developer Seb Jordan and Dulcie Graves, social and SEO expert, join Bevans to focus on future plans for the business. And with media buying expertise joining in-house web and graphic designers, videographers, copywriters and software developers, the company is launching technical innovations which include chatbot and bespoke programmatic ad buying software, supporting clients’ recruitment campaigns from end-to-end.
