RICOH APPOINTS KWITTKEN FOR UK INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS WORK

Kwittken, an MDC Partners Inc. agency, has been appointed by business and IT services company Ricoh to drive integrated communications in the UK. As well as taking on management of the day-to-day media relations activity, Kwittken’s cross-platform content programme will educate and shift key audiences’ perceptions of Ricoh as a business services leader.

For more than 80 years, Ricoh has been a leader in document management solutions, IT services, commercial and industrial printing, digital cameras, and industrial systems. Today, the company is empowering digital workplaces around the world to adopt innovative technologies and services to enable individuals to work smarter. The agency brief was to evolve Ricoh’s communications strategy in line with growth objectives relating to the brand’s Workstyle Innovation platform.

Kwittken’s content-led communications programme will leverage market and economic insights to create a cross-platform campaign, designed to elevate Ricoh’s thought leadership position amongst key UK business audiences.
