MANIFESTO LAUNCHES FUTURE FOUNDRY INNOVATION HUB

Manifesto, the London-based digital agency, announces the launch of Future Foundry, a dedicated innovation hub that will work with organisations to identify their critical business challenges and collaborate with them to develop solutions.

The proposition brings together key stakeholders from across an organisation to work with the Future Foundry to create new products, services and processes, or enhance existing ones. This builds on Manifesto’s existing offering to clients by working with in-house teams to research, identify and test future solutions through a selection of collaborative processes which enables them to identify where the most valuable opportunities lie.

Future Foundry offers various approaches: A Hack Day, designed to determine the problem and work on the solution, through a day of focussed collaboration, establishing what needs to be changed and how. The Design Sprint answers critical business decisions through a focused design, prototyping and testing process. Innovation Coaching offers half-day or full-day interventions covering a range of topics including agile working, product road mapping, and effective product ownership. This approach will also feature a Future Crash Course, led by CEO Jim Bowes, which highlights emerging trends that will redefine an organisation’s positioning within their given industry.

Kjell Eldor, product and innovation lead at Manifesto, says,  “It’s been an exciting six months building the proposition for Future Foundry, working with the talented team at Manifesto to create the best ways to drive positive change. We’re already putting these tools in to practice, helping organisations transform themselves and can already see the huge difference it’s making.”

Jim Bowes, CEO at Manifesto, says,  “Future Foundry is a result of the rapidly-changing world we work in. Organisations understand the need to undertake digital transformation projects but are not surprisingly somewhat daunted by the prospect. Future Foundry provides a way to bite off a big challenge and make tangible progress very quickly.

“I’m really proud of the work that Kjell and the team are doing and know we’ll continue to iterate and improve the innovation services we offer.”

Manifesto’s Future Foundry has already worked with Unicef, Stonewall, the National Trust and the World Health Organisation.
