Cello Health Communications has strengthened its business offer with the acquisition of the healthcare team at Firstlight Public Relations.

Firstlight’s Healthcare team was established in 2011 by managing director Pat Pearson, delivering communications for UK and international clients across the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors.

The team will be named Cello Health Public Relations, located in London, and will report into Cello Health Communications in Farnham.

Firstlight’s work was recognised this year as a finalist in the Communiqué Awards 'Professional education' category for a multichannel programme addressing unmet needs in the little-known condition of Hyperkalaemia.
