EMPEROR ACQUIRES ACCRUE FULTON
Design and communications agency Emperor has announced the acquisition of Accrue Fulton, an Oxfordshire based corporate branding and reporting agency.
Accrue Fulton works with over 50 clients across a wide variety of sectors. Accrue Fulton will continue to run under its existing brand at its Bicester location, but will utilise the added breadth of resources and expertise offered by Emperor for the benefit of their clients. Emperor’s network of UK offices will increase to four, all with strong and established creative, management and delivery capabilities.
Alastair Fulton will be retiring from the business, and Richard Guy and Jenni Fulton will continue to lead and manage the Accrue Fulton team. Guy says, “Having known Emperor for many years, we are delighted to have joined forces with a partner that will enable us to continue and accelerate our future growth.”
Steve Kemp, CEO of Emperor adds, “I am incredibly excited about Accrue Fulton being part of Emperor. It has a talented, like-minded approach and is a great cultural fit.”
Emperor has a history of work in the creative around corporate reporting. Both Emperor and Accrue Fulton have won acclaim for their work in the corporate communications space at the annual Corporate & Financial Awards. In 2015, Emperor took home a silver for its work on Jimmy Choo's corporate website. Accrue Fulton grabbed a bronze for Pacific Basin Shipping's print annual report.
