Debbie Aurelius is a Director of communications consultancy, Peppermint Fish. She works with leaders and internal communications professionals to help them inspire active dialogue with their people.
Debbie is an advocate for podcasting and the use of audio content as part of a rich communications strategy. She is the host and producer of the Be a Bigger Fish podcast, which aims to encourage more communicators to adopt this medium with confidence.
Debbie is a Chartered PR Practitioner, Vice Chair of the CIPR Podcast Editorial Board and Treasurer of the CIPR Inside committee.

With an MSc in Crop Protection and a BSc in Environmental Studies, Ali Bosher has worked in the crop protection sector for 20+ years.
Ali started out in the industry in sales as an Area Business Manager for Novartis Crop Protection before the company evolved into Syngenta where she progressed through the ranks from Sales into Marketing (Product manager for a variety of different sectors) and further into the world of digital market as Marketing Information Manager. From a local country role, the final 4 years at Syngenta were spend at a North European level, working with a range of countries as portfolio manager.
Ali joined ADAMA UK in November 2014 as Marketing Manager, a position which gave her responsibility for developing marketing, communication and digital campaigns to help maximise the company’s profitability. Within 12 months she was promoted to ADAMA UK’s senior leadership team as the company’s Marketing and Technical Director, a position which sees her working with and managing a small but very impactful team of herbicide, fungicide, molluscicide and pesticide technical and marketing specialists.
When she’s not managing her team of crop protection experts, Ali will either be running her local lanes, sparring with her daughter at their karate dojo or unwinding with an ice-cold gin and tonic.

Neil is the founder of Fresh Air Production – an audio production company specialising in podcasts for brands and businesses. Named “Production Company of the year” at the UK Audio production Awards, “Best Corporate Storyteller” at the 2020 Corporate Content Awards, they’re leading the field in taking the skills from broadcast radio into the corporate podcast world. Neil was previously a producer with BBC Radio 5Live, and has made documentaries for Radio 4 and Radio 2. He has also written the lyrics for a terrible world cup song and been walked out on by a Bee Gee.

She leads on internal communications activity for the firm’s Purpose strategy and has overseen the development of The Green Room podcast since its launch in 2019. The Green Room tackles a different tricky question from the world around us every two weeks. It was developed and produced entirely in-house and has had more than 60,000 downloads to date. Kaylin and the Green Room team took home Silver in last year’s Corporate Content Awards.

Russell's work at Audere includes developing engaging podcasts and audio content for clients including Bupa Global, KMPG UK, SAP UK and Schlumberger. His work with crop protection business Adama Agricultural Solutions won Gold for Best Use of Audio at the 2019 Communicate Corporate Content Awards and KPMG’s Business of Brexit series was shortlisted for the same category this year.
Russell’s favourite personal achievement last year was ending up on a Spotify playlist alongside Jean-Michel Jarre and John Legend, although sadly not for his musical talents! Spotify chose their ten favourite talks from the 2019 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and Russell’s talk on ‘The Power of The Spoken Word’ made the list out of over 300 presented across the week.

Des has a simple focus for all the work he produces, which is to create content that works. He is passionate about improving diversity in the media industry and can also be heard across the UK with his weekly radio show.

His background is in TV journalism. Dom was a correspondent and presenter at ITN, where for 8 years, he roamed the UK and beyond, unearthing stories for 5 News. He’s interviewed politicians, business leaders and both the tallest and shortest men in the world (not at the same time).

Nia Singleton is Tata Steel UK’s Community Liaison & PR manager based in Port Talbot, South Wales. She has worked in the steel industry for over 10 years building Tata Steel’s reputation and CSR credentials through a UK-wide ‘Future Generations’ community and social media programme.
Combining the Tata Group’s ethics with needs of steel communities, Nia has championed campaigns supporting STEM education (in particular promotion of girls into STEM industries), homelessness, period poverty and safe and healthy lifestyles.
Nia is also a non-exec director of Thrive Womens Aid in Port Talbot, leading on communications and social media strategy for the charity.
