She has played a key role in the company's expansion into the Romanian and Moldovan markets since the opening of its first stores. Thanks to the innovative projects she has implemented, she has won numerous international awards. In 2022, she was recognized as the Global Employer Brand Leader of the Year by Kantar and Employer Branding Professional of the Year by Evensys. Since May 2023, she has also served as the Vice President of the Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce, committing to promoting diversity and inclusion both within the company and in society.

Alex is an award-winning recruitment marketing and employer brand professional, with over 20 years’ experience working on the ad agency side and more recently in-house, within Boots and now JLR. Alex believes that employer brand is critical to bringing to life what it’s really like to work at an organisation, showcasing the culture and encouraging employees to be true brand advocates by telling and sharing their stories. At JLR, Alex manages a small team in the UK, connecting with the wider global HR teams to promote Life at JLR via social media, recruitment marketing digital activities, employee advocacy and more. She has recently been part of a team developing a new EVP for JLR and is about to start work on the creation of the new employer brand.

Nina Goswami

Nina Goswami leads the UK inclusion team at Clifford Chance, where she is responsible for developing and implementing the law firm’s inclusion policies and campaigns within the London and Newcastle offices.

Before Clifford Chance, Nina was the BBC's Creative Diversity Lead and headed up 50:50 The Equality Project. The multi-award-winning initiative uses data monitoring to ensure media content better reflects society. It is the biggest ever collective action on increasing women’s representation in BBC content.

Nina also worked as a journalist. She was a reporter for national newspapers prior to working at the BBC, where her roles included TV News Editor.

Currently Nimai leads employer branding for Coca-Cola HBC and prior to this he was at Philip Morris since 2018 leading employer branding and cultural transformation across the group. Previous to that Nimai worked at Diageo where he led global talent acquisition having moved from the British Army where he also led talent acquisition and employer branding for the Army.  Nimai worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland as their global head of employer branding and then head of diversity in 2010. Nimai started out in the TA and employer branding space in 2005 with Shell where he led employer branding for the group. In his early career, Nimai worked in numerous commercial and marketing roles for Centrica PLC.
